Niagara Inn Downtown - Niagara Falls

the room was ok, clean but some be bugs. the location is very bad and there was no service what so ever

We really enjiyed our stay. It was nice, clean, comforable. The staff was nice, we would be staying at that hotel again.

The hotel was within easy reach of the town centre, the room was clean and comfortable and the price was good.

The complementary breakfast was a little sparse.

not too much it was an old place and i was told 5 mintues to casinos it was more like 15mins away..way out from everything ..very expensive for what we were given..unfortunitly i will not be staying there again and will not recommend this hotel so not too much to like

clean room, hot shower for all 5 of us, basic breakfast but very good valu for money. Close to all we wanted to see.

air-condition and fridge were old. carpet was not thoroughly cleaned. sandals from previous guest was left behind on top of the table. strands of hair on the bed sheet.

Did not enjoy our sleep. The beds were very old and hard not comfortable at all. The rooms very simple and the hallways had a ordor and not very clean. Very basic. Did not stay for the breakfast due to it being in the front entrance. Extremely small and not a great selection. Would not book here again

If you gus do read the result of this survey....I was very dissatisfied withthis hotel...at the time of my reservation,I booked a room wth two double beds.......to my surprise, when we got there...I was told that we would not be getting such room but we would be getting two individual rooms with double beds, my family was split upmy wife has to sleep in one of the rooms with my 9yrs old and I with my 12yrs old, needless sat that I was very unhappy about this

I was so dissapoint when I arrived the Motel, when I made the reservation through Booked.net ,it was a Hotel, look clean and welcome but the truth was very bad, not a Hotel, 2 room were very very dirty, look like many months not cleaning, the furniture was old and broken, we have a handicap person and the wheel chair can not pass inside the room to the bathroom, and 1 room with only stand shower, the Air conditioner was not woking properly , noisy and broken, the front desk was only a weak old man from India....I made the 4,5 complaint but look like he can do nothing. I will send this cheating booking to many other people with hope that their vacation will not be spoil like my family.

I do not like the Niagara inn Because was not clean, comfortable, and too old system and was not wireless.

Close to downtown, quiet, firendly

The bottom sheet on the bed did not stay on the bed. They should be fitted sheets. The lamp on the table did not work. The water from the shower was all over the floor when shower was complete, then had to use all the towels to wipe up the water. Perhaps, there could be a hairdryer in every room. This is something that is used by all visitors
